Do you have stock images we can use on our website?
Yes, we have an image library full of pictures. Ask us more about how to search for images for your new website.
If we want video or photos taken for our website and live in Idaho, is this a service you offer?
Yes, we have a videographer/photographer on staff if you need professional video/photos taken. We can set up a day to shoot and edit.
Can I make edits to my website?
Yes. Once your website is live you can make edits to content and images easily. Please inquire and we can provide you with training and editor login information. Keep in mind, we do offer you free unlimited content changes (text & pictures). Email us your changes or call them in.
Where do I go to check my atmail?
Enter your username and password which will be provided to you.
How do I change my atmail Password?

UNDER the login field, follow the link which will redirect you to another login page.
You can manage your settings from there. IE change password.

Go to whois.com and insert your domain name in the search area. Click the Whois button to see your results.

How long does it take for my website and email to come back up once you make DNS changes?
Registrars tell us that it takes between 24 and 48 hours for DNS to resolve, however, it usually happens quicker than that but we have no control over how long it will take.
Can I use a different email provider such as Outlook?
Yes, you can use different 3rd party email clients such as Office 365, Google Apps, Outlook. We can help you set that up.
What is the process for getting a new website?
Our process starts off with signing up through one of our Sales Associates. From there you will have a meeting with our Project Manager to decide what you want on your website and discuss the design. This then moves onto design and development for build.
After that, our SEO specialists work on the back end of your website, double checking links, keywords and XML Sitemaps.
What if I already have a website domain name?
Not a problem! We can point your existing domain name to your new website.
Can Key Design Websites help me promote my business and website?
Yes! It is standard for us to post a link to your website from our Facebook page, and tag your Facebook page when we complete your website. We also offer social media marketing and advertising, go to marketing and advertising.
