Dr. Richard Pines, Adult Psychiatrist

A trained medical professional, Dr. Richard Pines began preparing for his career at Loyola University Chicago, where he graduated cum laude with a bachelor of science in biology and psychology. Following this, he remained at Loyola to earn a master of arts in developmental psychology. Dr. Richard Pines continued his training with a doctor of osteopathy at the Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine, followed by a rotating osteopathic internship in conjunction with Lakeview Hospital in Milwaukee. Subsequently, he fulfilled the obligations of a pediatrics residency and a psychiatry residency with Oregon Health Sciences University and the Karl Menninger School of Psychiatry, respectively. Dr. Richard Pines remained at the Karl Menninger School of Psychiatry to complete his formal training with a fellowship in child psychiatry.
